Delivery Info & Payment Options

The Open Ear Audio store currently ships orders on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

We ship all orders through Australia Post. You can select either Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.
The estimated time for delivery is different depending on location. Please check the Australia Post website for current delivery estimates.

You can track your order online and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: pre-loved equipment is not able to be shipped due to the likelihood of them getting damaged in transit.

Our pre-loved Turntables are professionally adjusted before we sell them, and these settings can change with the motion of transit.
