The MOEN 3.5mm converter allows a standard effect pedal 9v AC adaptor / power supply (2.1mm ID, 5.5mm OD plug, negative center) to power devices accepting a 3.5mm / 1/8" with a positive tip.
3.5mm plugs are most commonly found on Electro-Harmonix old DOD and older guitar effects.
